Head in through the main glass front doors, check-in happens at the big curved "Welcome Center" table in the back of the lobby. We look forward to meeting you!


SALT exists to equip the teens of La Pine for a lifetime of following Jesus Christ.  SALT calls students to be "Salt and Light" to every student in La Pine, sharing the love of Jesus with all who call La Pine Home.  We believe that God's word speaks volumes in the lives of students. 


High Lakes Youth Group is first and foremost a God Place! Students will be challenged by scripture and called into a deeper relationship with Jesus.  Our goal is to build an environment with an open door, and loving acceptance.  We want every student that walks through the doors to feel welcomed, and loved in a  Safe Place! We desire to make God real in the lives of students, by showing them that God is not boring.  His love is real, and he wants them to live in that joy.  Thus Youth Group is and will always be a Fun Place!

  • Dec 6-8: High SChool Winter Camp at WFR

    We are excited to be headed back to Washington Family Ranch Dec 6-8, 2024 for our high school Winter Camp! Cost is $200 and can be paid directly to Isaac via cash  or check (in an envelope with student's name on front). Registration through SALT is available HERE and in the coming weeks a further registration and release form for WFR will also be posted here for your completion.   • Feb 21-23, 2025: MIDDLE SCHOOL WINTER CAMP AT WFR

  • 2025 SALT Scripture Reading Contest

    This is a friendly contest incentivizing the internalization of God’s Word into the heart and mind of His young people. Contestants will be reading one OT passage (meaning, reading directly from the Bible) and you will be memorizing one NT passage (meaning you will close your bible, look up and recite from memory the bible passage). The goal is to read the passage as you imagine it intended to have been understood by the original author. You want to use natural voice inflection, varied volume and pitch and input emotion where you think it important. The goal: make the bible come alive to your audience.  Click HERE for more information!
